No matter if it's the first of the year or the middle of July, we are constantly creating and pursuing goals in our lives. Often, we do this using sheer force of will. We believe we can make ourselves achieve even at the cost of our energy and enthusiasm for the project.
However, we can also engage the unconscious mind (where 90% of change actually occurs) as a partner in pursuing our goals. Linking our goals to things positive feelings as well as inviting our unconscious mind to help us set our path allows us to create change more easily and quickly.
